Marina is not only an excellent professional pianist and a wonderful teacher, but also a great person. Always warm, smiling, kind and energetic to the student, to the music and to the teaching. I am always attracted by her beautiful piano playing demonstration. That's why after being introduced by my friend, I have both of my sons learning from her for over 10 years. My sons are very happy to learn from her, and they like piano and music since then.

Marina is the ideal piano teacher for our family's needs and expectations. She ensures students' master proper technique before moving on to more advanced materials. This ensures that students play the optimal way putting them in a better position to develop their talents more effectively in the long run. It is clear that she truly has a passion for teaching music and genuinely wants children to excel in their lives through music training. She also provides the option for parents to sit right by the piano during their child's lessons which is very rare. Her home studio and waiting area are professionally decorated, organized and clutter free making the entire experience as pleasant as I can imagine. My children and I look forward to our weekly appointments with Marina.

My three children have been taking piano lessons with Marina for over 15 years and I would highly recommend Marina, without any hesitation. She is an exceptional music teacher who is patient and always encouraging with my children.
I wanted my children to truly appreciate music. Consequently, rather than choosing the traditional Royal Conservatory route, Marina and I agreed that my children would play music which they could appreciate and enjoy. A wide variety music selections ranged from classics including Beethoven and Mozart, Broadways song from Andrew Lloyd Weber, to rock classics from The Beatles and Elton John, to contemporary music of Cold Play and Taylor Swift.
My eldest child is no longer taking piano lessons with Marina as he is currently in university. He has missed the piano so much that he bought a keyboard so he could continue to play and enjoy music for the pure love of music. Many times, I have found my daughter sitting at the piano playing music. Marina not only teaches music, she wants her students to truly love and appreciate music and without a doubt, Marina has achieved that goal.
